Most of our clients do use their insurance. Once payment is rendered for the service, a superbill ( fancy name for receipt/ invoice) is generated with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company then mails you a check based on your individual coverage limits. For some people, their insurance will cover a percentage of a visit, for others, they will cover a certain percentage until the deductible is met and then offer full coverage. To know for sure, contact the insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

These can be tough conversations to navigate and sometimes, it’s hard to even pick up the phone! Some of our clients report success with going on their health insurer’s website to learn more about their coverage. Others, take advantage of utilizing Reimbursify, a secure platform that can check your benefits, tell you what percentage is likely covered, and can also file your claims if you choose to use that feature. To learn more, click the “use your insurance button” on this page.

We know that reaching out for help isn't easy. Whether you're struggling yourself or searching for support for someone you love, taking that first step can feel overwhelming. Our hope is that from the moment you connect with us, you feel seen, supported, and never judged.
At Nourished Minds, we believe healing happens in relationships. That's why we take the time to truly get to know you, not just your symptoms or diagnosis, but your story, your values, your strengths, and what recovery looks like for you.
One of the things that makes our practice unique is the way we work together. Our therapist, registered dietitian, and psychiatric nurse practitioner collaborate closely, so you don't have to navigate recovery alone or coordinate your care between multiple providers. We communicate with one another, share the same goals, and work as a team to provide care that feels connected, thoughtful, and personalized.
We also know that recovery isn't one-size-fits-all. Some days you'll feel hopeful. Other days you may feel stuck, scared, or unsure if healing is even possible. We'll meet you wherever you are, walk alongside you through the ups and downs, and celebrate every step forward, big or small.
Our goal is to help you build a life that feels bigger than your eating disorder, anxiety, OCD, or whatever brought you here in the first place. A life with more freedom, more flexibility, more connection, and more joy.
Because at the end of the day, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to nourish not only their body, but their mind, their relationships, and the life they want to live.
