Nicole Lucey, RD, Nutrition Counseling

Meet Nicole Lucey, MS, RD

Nicole is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Candidate dedicated to helping adolescents and adults build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food, their body, and themselves. She believes nutrition counseling isn't about perfection or following another set of food rules, it's about meeting you where you’re at and helping you find an approach that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your life.

Sessions with Nicole are collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, feeling overwhelmed by food, needing support with grocery shopping/meal planning, supporting a child through recovery, or simply looking to feel more confident with nutrition, Nicole provides practical guidance, education, and encouragement every step of the way. Her goal is to make nourishment feel less stressful, more flexible, and something that fits into your life, not the other way around.

Nicole practices from an anti-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) aligned perspective and believes all bodies deserve respect, care, and adequate nourishment. She helps clients move away from guilt, restriction, and rigid food rules while building confidence in listening to their body's needs, increasing flexibility with food, and creating sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.

Nicole has extensive experience working across both higher levels of care and outpatient settings. She specializes in supporting individuals with a wide range of eating disorders, including ARFID, OSFED, Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Orthorexia, as well as disordered eating patterns. She understands that healing looks different for everyone and is committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered, understood, and never judged.
